We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Accountant with expertise in SOPARFI and holdings portfolios. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our diverse portfolio of holding companies and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounting and financial management of SOPARFI and holding company structures.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and other third parties.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients, helping them optimize their holding structures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants, ensuring high standards of work and professional development.
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and best practices related to SOPARFI and holdings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in accounting for SOPARFI and holdings portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, and relevant tax regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
