Organisation créée il y a une dizaine d'années et comptant environ cent talents, notre partenaire, une PSF en pleine expansion est à la recherche de son prochain Legal Manager pour soutenir leur projet florissant
Rejoindre cette PSF sera synonyme pour vous de dossiers passionnants et captivants soit vous permettant d'étendre et approfondir vos connaissances et compétences mais également de vous éviter une routine professionnelle ennuyeuse. Vous travaillerez sur des portefeuilles de clients prestigieux et reconnus et pouvant prendre la forme suivante : Holdings, Soparfis, PE/RE, Titrisation.

Située à quelques minutes à pied, un Parking P+R, vous permettra de vous rendre sans aucune gêne au sein des bureaux modernes et confortable de cette PSF localisée à Gasperich. Accessoirement, vous libéreront également de précieuses minutes de trajet chaque jour afin de bénéficier d'une meilleure allocation de votre temps.
Vos responsabilités | PSF - Juridique - Legal Manager - Corporate
En tant que Legal Manager, vous aurez la responsabilité de la gestion quotidienne de votre portefeuille de clients, majoritaire des sociétés financières (Holdings, Soparfi, PE/RE, Titrisation) de leur constitution à leur liquidation.
Vous rédigerez les documents juridiques nécessaires tels que les accords d'achats/ventes, les modifications de capital, les pactes d'actionnaires ou bien encore les documentations transactionnelles liées aux fusions et acquisitions de vos clients.
Vous serez le principal point de contact avec les départements en interne, les administrations compétentes et les notaires.
Profil et parcours | PSF - Juridique - Legal Manager - Corporate
Actuellement, vous cumulez au minimum cinq ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire au sein d'une PSF, ManCo ou bien d'un cabinet d'avocat sur la place luxembourgeoise.
Vous êtes bilingue en français et en anglais (écrit, lu, parlé), vous permettant une aisance dans les communications en interne et externe. Toutes autres langues seront considérées comme des avantages.
Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en Droit, Finance ou Administration et êtes passionné.e par les questions juridiques et légales.

En rejoignant les équipes de notre partenaire, un package salarial attractif, selon votre profil et expérience, vous sera proposé, ainsi une rémunération brute annuel d'un montant maximum de €. Supplée d'un bonus discrétionnaire pouvant atteindre deux mois supplémentaires de salaire, cela vous permettra d'avoir un niveau de vie financièrement confortable pour tous vos projets et activités que vous souhaitez.
Pour chaque jour presté, un chèque repas d'une valeur de 10,80 € vous sera offert et vous donnera la possibilité de partager de bons repas avec votre équipe au sein des établissements à proximité et même de faire vos courses alimentaires si vous préférez.
Plan de pension, assurance santé et jours de congés supplémentaires (28 jours/an) sont également des avantages auxquels vous aurez le droit au sein de cette PSF.
