We are looking for a Intern Project Manager for our team in Luxembourg.
About Tetris
Tétris, a subsidiary of JLL Group, specializes in the design and development of professional work spaces.
We assist our clients as a consultant and general contractor and offer a full turnkey service to companies wanting to fit out their offices, as well as investors who want to renovate or refurbish their properties (shops, offices, hotels, bank agencies).

What this job involvesYou'll meet our clients to get briefings on their office fitting-out or renovation needs.
You'll be responsible for the follow-up of fitting-out and refurbishment projects acting on behalf of our clients.
Your role will include:
briefing client, preparing the budget based on plans, organizing the tender procedure, comparing the offers and issuing the orders.
Once the works starts, you'll be the one who supervises them on site, controls both budget and timing and reports to the client.
You'll also be responsible to follow up with the legal control organisms whenever necessary.You'll finally manage the provisional acceptance of the works.
You are preparing an engineering or architecture degree
You'll have fluent knowledge of English and French.
You have excellent organizational skills and are detail-oriented
You are able to interact with executive level, external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client's representatives, etc.).
