Internal Communication Officer (M/F)
The Internal Communication team is looking for a Junior Internal Communication Officer who will support the team in all operational and administrative aspects of offline and online internal communication activities.
You are part of the team that oversees delivery of internal communication within the organisation and report to the Head of Internal Communication Unit
Responsibilities:
- Manage the organisation intranet site, by uploading content online and keeping it uptodate;
- Create images and videos for online use, as well as draft intranet blogs;
- Provide operational support to the Internal Communication team in its promotional offline and online activities;
- Execute administrative tasks for the internal communication team;
- Support and coordinate the production of publications, giveaways and other editorial and promotional material.
Qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent in Communication, Marketing, Web Design, Digital Media or other related field;
- At least three (3) years' of professional experience in a similar role with similar responsibilities;
Competencies:
- A cando, proactive positive attitude;
- Strong team spirit and ability to work autonomously, and in a multicultural team with an open mind to team feedback;
- Be enthusiastic and driven to deliver highquality content;
- Stress resistant with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as with ability to meet both regular and unforeseen deadlines;
Good writing, editing and proof-reading skills in English; A native English-speaking skills will be considered a plus;:
- Knowledge of creative software, such as Adobe Creative Suite package, would be considered an asset.
**Salary: between 4 522€ and 5 169 € gross/month
