About the Role:


For our Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg, we are looking for an
intern to join the Internal Communication team to support in designing and delivering the Luxembourg Internal Communication strategy.


You
will work with the Internal Communication Manager and several internal stakeholders, while closely
interacting with the central team and the global network of Internal Communication professionals.

You will have the opportunity to
get an in-depth view of the main internal communication tools and practices in a leading FMCG company as Ferrero with the
objective of informining and engaging employees.



Main Responsibilities:


You
will contribute to the design and implementation of a variety of internal communication campaigns and activities within the HQs.


Your role
will be to write, edit, review content for the creation of communication materials (digital, print) to feed internal channels with relevant messages (intranet, digital signage, enterprise social network, ) and
prepare briefs for creative agencies.

You
will help in managing Ferrero's local intranet and supporting transition to a digital workplace (MS Office 365 tools).


Sourcing, creating and updating content in cooperation with the relevant functions,
ensuring the development of the local site,
enhancing the existing analytics approach and
contributing to intranet management projects with the aim to enhance user adoption/boost employee engagement will be also under your responsibility.

Moreover, you
will participate to the management of large-scale projects such as the Global employee survey at HQs level.

You
will support the coordination of the overall post-survey action plan and the
implementation of new initiatives aimed at building/supporting employee Pride, Wellbeing, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) and more.


Finally, you
will take part in the organization of internal events including internal brand activations in collaboration with Marketing, employee awards, Wellbeing, DE&I.

will bring your educational background in Communications, Business, Marketing or related fields.
You are showing
ability to work effectively in a complex and fast-paced environment and
detail-oriented mindset with high-quality standards.
You are
passionate about communication, social media, employer branding.

Moreover, you are demonstrating some knowledge of related trends, as well as
strong interest in digital tools and online platforms.



Finally, you are fluent in English.
