The Exchange Traded fund (ETF) industry double its size almost every 5 years.

In this position you will have an opportunity to join one of the most innovative ETF issuer, have access to a great variety of business topics in a fast-developing segment of the financial industry.

You will demonstrate your ability to grasp & develop theoretical concepts as well as the intellectual agility required to move fast between complex topics.

This role can be based either in Luxembourg or alternatively in London.

Job responsibilities

  • Coordination of new ETF new product launches and listings
  • Project management of key operational and technical ETF enhancements to maintain a best in class infrastructure within the industry
  • Contribute to the development, oversight & maintenance of the endtoend operating model for the international ETF business
  • Support BAU requests and governance reporting
**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Master degree or equivalent
  • Good understanding of UCITS Funds. Knowledge of ETFs is a plus
  • Aptitude at relationship building with all types of stakeholders, with good communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment
  • Demonstrable experience running project with proven track record covering writing business requirements specifications, with an understanding for project governance and risk management frameworks
  • Advanced level in MS Office, ideally with some advanced coding knowledge (Python is the preferred language)
  • Able to maintain a qualitative output under timepressure

  • Professional maturity to work autonomously and to deliver simultaneous parallel engagements
  • At ease with articulating complex concepts in presentations with good attention to detail and an eye for information design
  • Able to stay organized in a fastpaced environment, where some multitasking is often required
