The ProgramThis is a unique 24-month experience where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific program with rotations in different teams to build your expertise and professional skills.

PWM Credit Europe is responsible for the credit analysis, presentation of credit requests, credit documentation and negotiation of complex and simple credit transactions.
It services the various business lines:
PWM, PAS and PAA providing coverage to the different locations: Luxembourg, Italy, France, UK, Monaco, Germany and Spain.
Rotational of the Graduate ProgramYou will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive view of the credit grating process/life cycle, through a series of rotations in Luxembourg, Geneva and any other location (above) serviced by PWM Credit Europe as well as related departments.
You will build a solid credit analysis and credit information delivery skills._Start date:
1st September 2023_
Your role:
- During the graduate program you will develop solid skills and acquire the expertise to build and conduct credit and data analyses and strategy (e.g. loan book by country, business line, business unit, CRM, etc). In parallel, you will participate to projects aiming to achieve continuous improvement of operational processes to optimize the credit lifecycle, among others.
- Perform credit reviews and analysis ensuring adequation with Pictet's Credit Policy and regulatory requirements.
- Provide recommendations tied to analysis and assessments of credit risk.
- Play a key part in delivering the strategic growth and processing plans as well as supporting the day to day operations in the practice, with a specific focus and expertise in credit risk.
- Draft and review credit documentation in line with credit decisions and ensure proper credit documentation is in place prior to booking of credit limits in the system. Followup on credit approval conditions.
- Responsible for best credit practices and harmonization of process between the various booking centers.
- Interaction with risk teams
- Unique chance to have direct interaction with senior representatives
- Owning and driving analyses of credit information to identify trends, interpret data and communicate key findings to the various business units and senior management, as required.
- Being fully embedded within the credit business supporting key decisions and actively collaborating across functions to identify opportunities for value creation
Your profile:
- Master's degree / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics is preferred.
- Proven work experience in the field of Credit Risk Management min 1 year work experience and with a genuine interest in the field.
- Willingness to take the Certified Management Accountant (CMA), International Accredited Business Accountant (IABA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Excellent command of Excel, Word, MS Office and PowerPoint.
- A critical thinker with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexible in approach and comfortable with working in a changing and challenging environment
- Prominent credit, lending and risk management skills
- Good communication skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and oral). Other languages are beneficial.
