  • VIE - DIGITAL STRATEGY PROJECT MANAGER (H/F) for an 18-month mission

Join our Digital Factory and collaborate with a team dedicated to driving the digital transformation of BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Luxembourg.


In this role, you will lead a transformation project focusing on digital support, handling client demands, defining new strategies, designing roadmaps, and monitoring project KPIs.


Your missions:

  • Lead digital support activity following applicable rules
  • Identify root causes of client calls and propose improvements
  • Define project monitoring KPIs and team training plan
  • Co-construct digital solutions to enhance customer experience
  • Deploy solutions, ensuring budget and deadline objectives
  • Support change initiatives with clients and employees

Your profile:
Fluency in French and English, with an asset of Dutch. Strong organizational skills, analytical capacity, and ability to make smart proposals.


Your technical skills:

  • General knowledge of remote banking services
  • Rapid learning of new IT tools

The VIE (International Volunteer Program in Business) is managed by BUSINESSFRANCE, allowing French companies to recruit individuals for missions in foreign subsidiaries.


The VIE program is open to citizens of eligible countries.
