Afin de renforcer notre équipe digitale, nous recherchons pour entrée immédiate un(e) Digital Project Manager
**Vos missions**
- De la prise de briefings à la livraison finale du projet, vous maîtriserez tout de A à Z ;
- Vous serez l'interface entre les différentes parties prenantes du projet (client, équipes internes et/ou externes). Vous agirez en véritable chef d'orchestre ;
- Vous serez garant de la rentabilité des projets et de la qualité finale des livrables.
- Vous définirez, en collaboration avec les équipes, les plannings et vous vous assurerez du respect des délais définis en début de projet ;
- Vous orienterez et conseillerez les clients sur les meilleures solutions à leurs problèmes ;
- Vous identifierez les KPIs du projet et les implémenterez. Puis vous réaliserez des reportings et des analyses ;
**Votre profil**
- Vous êtes imprégné(e) par le digital. Vous en mangez le matin, le midi, le soir, la nuit;
- Vous comprenez les enjeux économiques d'une entreprise ;
- Vous jonglez avec une grande facilité entre les diagrammes de Gantt, l'élaboration de personas, les reportings, l'UI/UXEt tout le reste ;
- Votre crédo : « il n'y a pas de problèmes, il n'y a que des solutions » ;
- Vous avez des connaissances techniques et vous pouvez tenir une conversation avec un graphiste ou un développeur en comprenant son langage, les contraintes et les enjeux propres à son métier.
- Vous avez du flair, vous êtes vous-même innovant ;
- Vous connaissez la méthodologie AGILE. Vous l'avez appliquée dans vos précédentes expériences ;
- Une expérience significative dans le domaine est déterminante ;
- Une expérience en création et gestion de campagnes digital marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, X, etc.) sera considérée comme un atout.

- Vous avez le sens de l'écoute, vous faites preuve d'empathie ;
- Vous êtes à l'affût des tendances et avancées technologiques ;
- Vous êtes curieux(se), créatif(ve) et passionné(e) ;
- Vous êtes très organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous faites attention aux détails ;
- Vous êtes force de proposition, efficace et multitask ;
- Vous êtes aussi à l'aise dans le travail en autonomie que dans le travail en équipe ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et êtes de nature positive.
