We are looking for talented University Graduates Kick-start your career with our Focus-Track Graduate Programme within the Private Banking in our Nordics Team in Luxembourg.
- and off-the-job training and the opportunity to start building your own network. Each rotation is designed to provide you with in‐depth knowledge and a sound foundation to perform in your focus area and beyond. One of these rotations will be an international assignment, enabling you to work abroad for a period of months.
Start date: 1 October 2023
Programme duration: 18 months
You will work with our Relationship Managers in their exiting daily work to serve our demanding clients and acquire new ones.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
Your Challenge
You will work together with our Client teams in order to gradually take on the following tasks:
- Assist Relationship Managers (RM) in their day-to-day work servicing clients and handling administrative issues
- Attend incoming calls and ensure that always a prompt service is provided
- Handle the account openings for new clients as well as account maintenance to existing clients including implementation of agreed fees and monitoring of applied fees
- Ensure efficient and prompt handling of orders, trades, transactions, payments etc. received from the client directly
- Monitor the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; take action where instruction is standard, seek instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and required
- Maintain and update records of client instructions, client details and preferences
- Provide clients with information and data in verbal and/or written form, without giving advice or statement of opinion/no judge value
- Liaise with other RM-Teams, Operations & IT
- Ensure always adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations & policies etc.

YOUR PROFILE:
Your Profile
- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in economics, banking, finance, business administration (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in the financial industry and expertise in banking products and financial markets, internship or first practical experience in Wealth Management is a plus
- Analytical and conceptual mindset, fast thinker
- Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
- Independent, resilient, and teamoriented personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
- Fluency in English, other languages are an asset
