  • Our client is an American investment management house with offices globally. As part of the firm's European expansion, they are now seeking an Expenses & Invoices Analyst to join their Fund Administration & Accounting team in Luxembourg on a permanent basis.
Working as part of a high-performing team responsible for fund expenses and invoices, the
Expenses & Invoices Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:

  • Establishing the annual fund expenses budgets
  • R
eviewing the accounting accruals calculated by the third-party fund accounting agent

  • Managing the payment of funds invoices
  • Performing regular review of expense accruals balances
  • Prepare the monthly expense package
  • R
eviewing and instructing the payment of management fees

  • Prepare expense instructions for new funds to be launched and closed
  • Collect invoices to be paid by funds
  • Monitoring invoices received
  • Submitting invoices for approval
  • Calculation of the allocation to be done between funds
  • Instructing payments to the Custodian bank
  • Calculate on monthly basis the ongoing charges for each share class of the funds i
The
Expenses & Invoices Analyst will meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) (ideally in accounting or finance)
  • 2 years' experience in a fund admin company, a management company/AIFM or an audit company
  • Good knowledge of fund accounting for mutual funds
  • Indepth knowledge of fees and expenses
  • Excellent analysis and analytical skills
