Für unser Team Business Support unserer Abteilung Corporate Services am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Specialist (m/w/d) Business Support.

- Du unterstützt die verschiedenen Fachabteilungen einer Zentralverwaltungsgesellschaft, indem du die eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von administrativen wie auch operativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft übernimmst. Dies beinhaltet z.B.:
- Vorbereitung von Kontoeröffnungsunterlagen
- Eintragungen im Handelsregister
- Unterstützung bei KYC-Anfragen
- Du bearbeitest und verwaltest die eingehende und ausgehende Post (inkl. die Koordination mit Kurierdiensten) und hilfst bei der Sammlung und Pflege von Daten sowie bei der Hinterlegung von Dokumenten in unserem Ablagesystem (physisch und digital)
- Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Protokollführung von Generalversammlungen, Verwaltungsrats
- und sonstigen Gremiensitzungen
- Du koordinierst die Einholung von physischen und digitalen Unterschriften, bspw. für Vertragsdokumente und Beschlüsse für die verschiedenen Kundenstrukturen
- Du überwachst den Büromaterialbestand und gibst Nachbestellungen auf
DEIN PROFIL
- Du hast nach einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder im Assistenzbereich oder in administrativen Bereichen der Zentralverwaltung von Gesellschaften gesammelt
- Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine gute Auffassungsgabe
- Du verfügst über gute bzw. fachspezifische Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Grundkenntnisse der französischen Sprache sind vorteilhaft
- Du bist sicher in der Anwendung gängiger MS-Office-Programme (Outlook, Word, Excel und Powerpoint)
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der professionellen Protokollführung sind von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest zielorientiert, sorgfältig und strukturiert, bist lernbereit, belastbar und zuverlässig
- Du erledigst Aufgaben gerne eigenverantwortlich und arbeitest gerne in einem Team
