Luxembourg, Luxembourg Amazon EU SARL Temps plein
2+ years in product and/or program management with a focus on business strategies and outcomes.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong data analysis skills; the ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make databacked business decisions.
  • Coordinate programs with internal teams to guarantee success of our programs.

Amazon Business represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon.

We are focused on building solutions that enable business customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, stores and regions.

Our customers range from individual professionals to large institutions (and everything in between).

Our business customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customers, so we are reinventing how we add and display business selection, price products, and provide the right customer experience.

Amazon's approach to this segment is peculiar, and unique because we are combining the Amazon store dynamic with B2B procurement and selling policies to iterate and improve our current experience.

We are building new solutions to enable our global business customers to find and buy products from the Amazon stores and be compliant with their procurement and business policies.

We are disrupting the status quo of B2B by delivering new, efficient solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between).

Enterprise customers typically buy in large quantities, often in annual contracts, and have very specific needs. We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory analysis and change management processes for our largest customers.

You will need to analyze a complex set of metrics for inventory and availability and then use that data to flag potential issues and propose solutions.

This could relate to customer-specific issues or program-wide challenges. To drive solutions, you will also need to collaborate with multiple different stakeholders. You will also be expected to propose opportunities to improve and/or automate existing processes.

Key job responsibilities

The Inventory Specialist will lead the following activities:

  • Analyse a set of complex inventory and availability metrics to identify issues and solutions for our enterprise programs.
  • Ensure project and customer milestones are thoroughly tracked and executed.
  • Help improve processes and build more scalable solutions.
  • Provide inputs to stakeholder teams to improve product development.
  • Dive deep into customer and business data to find root causes of problems.
  • Collaborate across EU Retail and Private Brands teams to understand and meet supplier needs.
  • 2+ years in product and/or program management with a focus on business strategies and outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong data analysis skills; the ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make databacked business decisions.
  • Coordinate programs with internal teams to guarantee success of our programs.
