Role Summary

  • To assist and strengthen the Risk team within the company.
  • The role reports directly to the Regional Head of Luxembourg, Business Risk Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Being involved on the client risk acceptance committee by providing fair evaluation, deep analysis and recommendation
  • Assisting in identifying and evaluating risk areas across all activities of the business
  • Performing secondline controls testing and ensure monitoring and oversight
  • Investigating root causes of operational risks and providing support to mitigate risk
  • Manage incident & breaches register and report
  • Ensuring timely, consistent and accurate production of the risk dashboard and risk reports
  • Monitoring progress against riskrelated actions or internal/external audit recommendations and where
- necessary, supporting first line management with the implementation

  • Other risk management duties as required

Skills Required:

  • Successful professional experience (13 years) in the risk management and or Fund Financial analysis, preferably in an Fund Administration/Asset Servicing and/or Corporate Services environment
  • Bachelor or master's degree in finance, Risk Management (a risk related professional qualification is an additional advantage)
  • Knowledge of risk assessment, methodology and control
  • Strong risk analysis background
  • Familiarity with SPF industry standards and Risk regulations
  • Strong computer and research skills knowledge of analysis software is preferred (e.g. SAS, Python, macro, etc.)
  • Analytical and synthetic skills
