Pour nous accompagner dans cette belle aventure, nous recherchons une personne sympa - nous aimons aussi les gens compétents - pour rejoindre notre équipe commerciale **:Sales Manager**
Responsabilités
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Commercial France, vous aurez 2 missions distinctes:
- ** ANIMER**: Vous animerez deux fois par semaine une session de formation à un groupe de 12 prospects maximum dans notre training center de Luxembourg. Les prospects sont qualifiés par notre équipe de Business Developer.
- **DEVELOPPER**: à la suite de la formation vous devrez développer le chiffre d'affaires de chaque prospect venu en formation. Votre mission est d'atteindre un nombre de commandes et un chiffre d'affaires préalablement définis afin de les allouer à notre équipe de vente.
Vous serez motivé par un taux de commissions élevé sur les ventes initiales à vos clients.
Exigences obligatoires
Avant de postuler, vous devez remplir les 8 conditions ci-dessous:
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une formation supérieure dans le domaine commercial.
- Vous avez une expérience réussie en tant que commercial dans un marché B2B.
- Vous maîtrisez la prospection, la communication positive et la vente par téléphone.
- Vous aimez le contact humain et êtes capable de rendre un client mécontent en personne heureuse pour le reste de sa journée.
- Vous êtes multitâches - une qualité clé dans une petite structure, vous êtes organisé(e) et une petite montée de pression ne vous fait pas peur.
- Vous avez une approche terrain, et un gout pour la technique.
- Vous parlez une autre langue (cherry on the cake ).
- Vous êtes souriant(e) et sympa, nous le sommes (vraiment)
