**We are looking for**:
**Architect (M/F/d) in Foetz (L)**:
On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Foetz (L) we are looking for an Architect or Civil Engineer (M/F/d) as a project manager for modern wood construction projects in Luxembourg.

Your mission is to guarantee the proper execution of a project from start to finish.

The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.

Our client is an innovative startup for the highly automated manufacturing of sustainable, forward-thinking and environmentally friendly solutions for the construction industry.

**Your tasks**:

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, etc. to determine project specifications based on the needs and requests of our clients
- Represent the company at site meetings and/or acceptance meetings
- Determine the resources required from start to finish of the project in correlation with the initial costing
- Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
- Evaluate the progress of the project and write detailed reports
- Work with the sales department on forecast schedules
- Monitor and analyse performance indicators (quality, installation time, delivery times, etc.)
- Define and supervise construction procedures
- Ensure compliance with all construction, health and safety standards

**Your profile**:

- Degree in civil engineering or architecture, ideally with focus on wood construction
- Minimum of 5 years experience in site management or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials and project management principles
- Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office)
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory. German is an asset
- Ability to analyze and synthesize in order to make quick decisions
- Sense of responsibility, rigorous and able to work independently, motivated and committed
- Managerial skills: Able to energise a team and with good interpersonal skills to ensure good collaboration with internal and external teams
- Sensitivity to continuous improvement
