About the department
Worldwide, we manage the wealth of high-net-worth individuals, their families and selected institutions. Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A. provides its clients access to one of the most high-performing banks in the world. Besides providing comprehensive wealth management and investment advisory services, we are a center of excellence for international lending business.

Foreign clients gain access to a European financial center by keeping their account in Luxembourg, while the personal relationship manager advises the client in his country of residence.

The Teams are separated into different regions provide wealth management services to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI), by following a two pillar strategy:

  • PB

Advisory Business:
servicing clients by Client Advisors and Investment Advisors located in Luxembourg

  • Booking Center: Clients abroad, serviced by Client Advisors and Investment Advisors located within the Western, Northern & Central Europe region, booked in WM Luxembourg.

Responsibilities

  • Support Deutsche Bank Luxembourg International Private Bank Business
  • Support the team in actively managing Relationship Managers' inquiries
  • Support the CST Team in their daytoday business, such as International payments, Lombard Loans, Structured Loans, FX (spot), Time Deposits
  • Track account maintenance process and proactively followup across Front Office teams on progress and propose assistance in resolution of related issues
  • Answer the administrative questions from the CA and from other departments of the bank
  • Produce regular reporting and client statements
  • Participate in the periodic projects with the objective to share the expertise and contribute to the new process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master student in the field of economics / business management (also during Gap Year)
  • Flexibility, personal initiative, structured working
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Good MS-Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and quickness to grasp new tasks
  • Interest in an international working environment
  • Very good English language skills, further language skills are an advantage
