Our client is a leading media group and a top player in the bundling and distribution of pay-TV services in major markets around the globe.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP being responsible for developing and implementing strategies and technologies that drive growth and profitability while ensuring operational excellence across their interactive (OTT/VOD) video services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Drive operational excellence across all aspects of the OTT VOD landscape, including app development, content management, user experience, and technical operations.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of operations professionals.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement to keep pace with rapidly evolving industry trends and technologies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners and vendors.
Collaborate with other departments, including IT, products, sales & marketing,
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in operations management with a deep understanding of video distribution strategies and technologies.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams in a multi-cultural environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fluent in English. A good command of French would be a valuable asset.
