Wir bieten dir eine unbefristete Anstellung an deren Start ein 18-monatiges Trainee-Programm steht, bei dem du nicht nur die Zentrale Fondsabwicklung, sondern auch unsere Deka besser kennenlernen kannst.
Das erwartet dich:
- Ein 18-monatiges Traineeproramm (im Rahmen eines unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrages) mit einem Einsatzplan, der dich bestmöglich auf deine Aufgabe vorbereitet und mit dem du alle relevanten Schnittstellen in der Deka Gruppe kennen lernst
- Du wirkst mit bei der Abwicklung von Fondsüberträgen während des gesamten Settlementzyklus (Transfer Free of payment)
- Dabei bist du Ansprechpartner für konzerninterne und externe institutionelle Kunden sowie für unsere Lagerstellen (Fondsgesellschaften bzw. deren Transfer Agents) und Gegenparteien
- Du wirkst auch mit bei der operativen Betreuung unserer fachlichen System- und Schnittstellenlandschaft in den automatischen Verarbeitungsroutinen des Übertragungsprozesses
- Auch verschiedene Abstimmungsprozesse gehören zu deinen Tätigkeiten
- Dein konzeptionelles Talent beweist du bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und bei der Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Gezielte Trainings, regelmäßige Feedbackgespräche mit deinem Mentor und Teamleiter, die dich in deiner persönlichen, fachlichen und methodischen
- Entwicklung unterstützen sollen, runden dein Aufgabenspektrum ab
Das bringst du mit:
- Du bringst ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlicher Ausrichtung mit, vorzugweise Bankwirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsrecht oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Bank-/ Finanzbranche erworben durch einschlägige Tätigkeiten (z.B. Praktika, Bankausbildung) und dein Interesse, insbesondere für den Transfer Agency Bereich, entdeckt
- Du hast gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Fondsüberträge "Transfer Free of payment" und kennst viele Regeln und Abwicklungsusancen am Markt
- Idealerweise konntest du dir bereits Anwenderkenntnisse in den marktüblichen Abwicklungs- und Clearingsystemen wie z.B. XACT, Cascade, Swift aneignen oder hast Kenntnisse im regulatorischen Umfeld (im Bereich CSDR) erworben
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Applikationen (insb. EXCEL+WORD) erleichtern dir die Einarbeitung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift und gutes Englisch (B2) ermöglichen dir die professionelle Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Providern
Du bist offen für Neues, hast Freude an vielseitigen Arbeitsgebieten und organisierst die anstehenden Aufgaben strukturiert und selbständig. Du hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, die dir dabei hilft, dich eigenständig in die Themen einzuarbeiten und diese zu vertiefen.
