  • 33303Our client a renewable energy investment company is currently looking to further grow their team and are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist who would work closely with the company's HQ and service providers to oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and investor reports.

Your responsibilities:

  • Working alongside Financial Controllers to understand and interpret financial information in reports.
  • Seeking guidance from HQ Financial Reporting team to ensure highquality formatting and inclusion of nonfinancial information.
  • Providing prompt updates to financial reports during the review process.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of highquality financial reports.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and aligning skeleton drafts with key stakeholders in advance.
  • Proactively anticipating and addressing potential reporting issues.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with reporting milestones and deliverables for all Fund entities.
  • Staying uptodate with regulatory requirements for IFRSbased financial statements and investor reporting.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including local service providers and HQ Finance.

Your profile:

  • Hold a relevant master's degree in audit or accounting.
  • Possess 45 years of experience in a similar position within the financial or fund administration industry in Luxembourg.
  • Demonstrate experience in working with fund administration and service providers in Luxembourg.
  • Have solid knowledge of financial reporting, including IFRSbased financial statements and quarterly investor reporting.
  • Exhibit attention to detail in both financial and nonfinancial content of reports.
  • Be knowledgeable about common financial reporting requirements in PE/Infrastructure funds and Luxembourg regulations.
  • Bring experience in data analysis/analytics and reporting efficiency projects (a plus).
  • Be a team player with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Show commitment and a strong sense of ownership in their work.
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Be motivated to join an earlystage setup, contributing to finance processes and the operating model.
