Your role:

  • Responsibilities:_
  • Daily and

Periodical Controls:
Conducting regular controls on mainstream financial assets.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Working with other departments involved in the asset valuation process to resolve valuation issues in NAV calculation.
  • NAV Validation: Being able to validate NAVs from financial information providers and fund administrators, checking for variations, stale prices, or pricing suspects, and updating prices.
  • Level 3

Assets Monitoring:
Ensuring ongoing monitoring and analysis of level 3 assets.

  • Securities Monitoring: Identifying, analyzing, and monitoring securities with stale prices or valuation issues.
  • Escalation Procedures: Implementing escalation procedures and developing valuation suggestions for fund decisionmaking entities (fund government bodies).
  • Audit and

Client Requests:
Responding to audit requests and client inquiries, providing detailed financial information or valuation methodologies.

  • Valuation Activities Reporting: Measuring and reporting on valuation activities, ensuring excellent client service.
  • Risk Reporting Management: Managing risk reporting and conducting risk analysis through audited financial statements.
  • Procedure and

Policy Development:
Developing and maintaining evaluation procedures and policies.

Your profile:

  • Educational background and employment experience:_
  • University degree in Finance or Economics.
  • Several years' experience working in valuation or pricing.
  • Experience with corporate actions would be a plus.
  • Specific knowledge:_
  • Excellent knowledge of financial products and their valuation
  • Experience in pricing, funds administration or funds depositary
  • Broad knowledge of funds regulation, vision of fund administration
  • Outstanding analysis and redaction skills
  • Knowledge of data vendors such as Bloomberg, Markit, ICE, Reuters
  • Proficient use of data and communication tools (e.g. MS Office suite, Business Object, Tableau, )
  • Language knowledge:_
  • Professional level of English and French
  • Personal qualities:_
