Change Management Coordinator support

Reporting to Change Management Lead (CM Lead)
Operating Unit - Perimeters of influence (extent to which inter-cultural skills are required)
Innovative DRI scope countries: France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Poland. Based in Luxembourg. Traveling required.
Mission
The
-
CM Coordination Support position assists in the development and implementation of the change management framework within the Innovative DRI project.
  • They will liaise with the multiple teams inside the program, including contractors, engineering companies and project control partners, providing support as needed for the deployment of the program's Project CM approach.
    Skills and competencies
  • Understands the principles of change management and the relevance and uses of theories, processes and tools.
  • Project management experience in project execution.
  • Knowledge about steel business.
  • Strong in Collaboration and Communication on different levels and in different environments, also in an international
environment, ability to deal with ambiguity. Adapts communications to the specific audience. Is polite and smart
- when asking questions; keeps commitments. Easy, clear and convincing written and oral expression.
  • Fast in taking actions.
  • Proactive, team player, dynamic and confident.
  • Capable of sharing information in a transparent manner, whilst maintaining the necessary confidentiality.
  • IT literacy: MS Office and sharepoint management, Excel modelisation. Knowledge in SDx is a plus.

Main accountabilities (complement to the role's mission)

  • Support the Change Management Lead in the implementation of the program's change management process.
  • Liaise with the AM clusters, with Project managerial team, with Program's Engineering, Procurement and Construction
  • Management partner (EPCM), with OEMs and with and Project Management and Controls (PMC) partners for change
- management related matters.

  • Support the CM Lead in preparation of the change management steering committees and make sure the decision taken
- are followed and implemented in due time.

  • Prepare and treat information from different sources in preparation of the multiple communication documents/reports of
- the discipline.

  • Maintain a functional change management database to be used as a repository of risks by the several risk owners
- throughout the program.
Education, Experience & Languages

  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent professional education
  • Work experience in the change management of CAPEX projects (preferably with experience with working with EPC /
EPCM)- Languages: Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
