Senior Change Specialist - Asset Management

Who we're looking for


We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager/Business Analyst (referred to internally as Senior Change Specialist to reinforce our change management team).

Based in Luxembourg, the Senior Change Specialist will drive and support various business change projects across the EMEA region.


Your main goal will be to initiate and conduct projects based on the business stakeholders' needs and demands; across a wide range of topics such as client-oriented, product-related, corporate and regulatory initiatives.


With your forward-looking approach, you will be able to challenge business demands to ensure alignment with the senior stakeholders vision and potential dependency/conflicts.

What you'll do

  • Own, manage, deliver the book of change for one or several areas; prioritising the change with a forwardlooking approach;
  • Liaise and support the Business stakeholders to deliver the Book of Change across the region but also across the Group;
  • Provide expertise to setup a strong change framework to deliver the book of change;
  • Challenge any change demands to ensure alignment with the strategic direction and dependency / conflicts with the Book of Change and senior stakeholders vision;
  • Utilise your robust Project Management skills to ensure a structured approach to delivering change, work closely with senior business sponsors throughout.
  • On occasion utilise Business Analyst skills to initiate change, problem solve and manage complex issues.
  • Liaise with the Group, Business and stakeholders from all entities within the EMEA region.
  • Anticipate and meet the longterm needs of the asset management/investment industry.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

  • Excellent Project Management skills with a demonstrated track record of managing multiple (and complex) business change projects.
  • Comfortable with being flexible and adapting to a variety of business change projects.
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in managing business change projects
  • Strong knowledge of the Fund industry, especially asset management
  • Outstanding organisational skills (project structure and governance framework) and capable of managing workload.
  • Fluent in English.
