  • We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Sales Assistant to join my client's successful team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales activities and help strengthen their market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales executives with administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
  • Participate in the preparation and followup of sales proposals.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and partners.
  • Provide logístical support during commercial events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant communication materials.
  • Track sales performance indicators and produce regular reports.

Your profile:

  • University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Customeroriented, dynamic, and proactive.
