We're seeking a future team member for th e role of Conducting Officer Investment Risk to join our BNY Mellon Fund Management team.

This role is located in Luxembourg and is hybrid.


The purpose of this role is to provide ongoing oversight of investment risk activities undertaken by the delegated portfolio managers in line with Lux circular and local market practices.

BNYMFM oversees Investment Funds (mainly UCITS) managed by internal portfolio management companies

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee the implementation of robust approach regarding investment risk management and work with the wider business to effectively implement and monitor procedures.
  • Manage the design, implementation and ongoing assessment of the risk management policy, risk management procedure and the risk framework for new and existing funds and strategies.
  • Review, analyse and implement regulatory changes related to risk management.
  • Ongoing review of risk profiles for the funds managed.
  • Identify risk limits of the funds with risk profiles and monitor the funds compliance with the investment limits on an ongoing basis
  • Produce regular and adhoc reports to the senior management, Board, and relaevant internal committees
