Job Description:
Our client is a respected leader in their field, delivering a full suite of services and products to some of the world's most recognised investors in the alternative funds industry.
Renowned for its investment in people and excellent client service, our client are resourced to deliver. They seek to add another professional to their leadership team now.You will be responsible for driving the relationships with several strategic clients, and positively leading a large cross-functional administration and accounting team ensuring mutual success.
You will also be part of group-wide strategic projects.

Strategic relationship management, senior stakeholder management, and change management skills will be necessary.In short, you will be responsible for:
- Senior leadership of specific strategic relationships.
- Directorships of certain Luxembourg client entities.
- Leadership of a multidisciplinary fund admin and accounting team.
- Oversight and maintenance of commercial agreements.
- Oversight of performance of all deliverables into specific.
- Feed into and collaborate on a number of ongoing projects relating to client and group wide strategic initiatives.
- 510 years of experience of alternative funds/corporate services experience within the alternative funds industry in Luxembourg.
- Experience could be gained within auditing, fund administrations, fund accounting or company secretarial function as this will be supported within a crossfunctional structure.
- 5+ years track record of leading a large team/s successfully, passionate about being able to coach and develop your people, leading by example.
- Demonstrated expertise leading strategic client relationship/s.
- Excellent communication and client facing skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with another European language advantageous.
