FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label fundsservices. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration andgovernance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
  • You will be in charge of the coordination, execution and ongoing monitoring of Real Estate, Private Equity and Private Debt investment operations (acquisitions, disposal) for alternative funds and holding companies. You will ensure the coordination and followup of audits as well as the delivery of documents of proof of ownership. You will be in charge of the accounting of holding companies under the supervision of an experienced member of staff. You will act as the main interlocutor with clients.

Your role:

  • Accounting and audit followup for a portfolio of holding companies
  • Enhancing operating models
  • Contributing to the improvement of controls and procedures
  • Taking care of the daytoday operations including in particular:
  • Updating the fund portfolios of clients
  • Answering clients' questions and maintaining high quality relationship with clients
  • Keeping track of the ownership of the investments and updating the required documentation
  • Taking part in the development projects of the department
  • Liaising with third parties

Your profile:

  • Education & Background:
  • University degree in Finance or Economics
  • 35 years' experience in alternative assets in a service provider
  • Understanding of the Luxembourg funds regulatory environment
  • Strong experience in alternative products, experience in Real Estate, Private Equity and Private Debt is an asset
  • Specific Knowledge:
  • Perfect command of English and French. Any other language is a plus
  • Excellent client interaction skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
- eFront knowledge is an asset

As the chosen applicant, you will have several years' experience working in the field of investment funds.

You will be recognized for your professionalism and your in-depth expertise in the areas for which you have been responsible.

You will also be proactive, conscientious, have excellent communication skills and wish to make use of your flair for analysis and synthesis as part of a team where you will be able to use your skills to achieve the objectives you are set.

You will also take account of the legal and financial framework in your approach to situations and select the appropriate solutions.
