Your field of responsibility
Join us as Junior AML/KYC & Registration Agent in an outstanding position within our Asset Servicing Department.

In your new role in the Shareholder Services / Transfer Agency ("TA") team, you ensure adherence to all AML/KYC policies, guidelines and standards when dealing with investors in investment funds.

You will also maintain accurate and complete investor data in the TA systems.

A part of your responsibilities will be answering queries, escalate and co-ordinate with involved parties of all matters related to the TA Investor Services function.

Your skills and experience
We are seeking an experienced professional who is able to demonstrate the following:

  • A university degree or an equivalent education in Business Administration, Finance or Law
  • At Least 2 years of working experience gathered in AML field within the fund industry
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, German and French being an advantage
  • Knowledge of the Luxembourg AML framework
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
