WM Assistant Danish Team - 12M Temporary Contract (M/F):

Description:


You will join our Wealth Management Division to Assist our Danish team on the daily administrative duties along with 3 other assistants.


Mission:


Assist the relationship managers of the Danish desk in their activities showing initiative in compliance with the Bank's internal regulations and guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

Support and assistance to the front office and clients:

  • Assist Relationship Managers (cfr. "RM") in their administrative and marketing duties with their clients.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to help the RM's to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Respond to clients' needs with the support of the team's relationship managers or experts.
  • Prepare on behalf of the RM's the contractual documents needed
Administrative tasks, transaction executions

  • Follow up on maturity regarding deposits, loans and submit to the RM's.
  • Ensure the swift input of clients' transactions/instructions/requests (transfers, tax report requests, etc.) and verify if they are executed/addressed correctly.
  • Ensure the followup on credit cards (requests, payments, trouble shooting).
  • Evaluate and proactively inform RM's on clients' request for information or assistance.
  • Provide administrative support to the relationship manager(s) with opening and closing accounts, preparing visits and trips, filing client data and documents, mifid letters,).
  • Record all inputted transactions and client contact in the Bank's data systems (transaction reports, own contact reports, CMS declarations, etc.), as required by internal directives.
Checks

  • Carry out firstlevel checks as per internal directives, where applicable.
  • Inform RM or line managers or Compliance, where applicable, of transactions or situations putting the Bank at heightened risk. (Act as part of the bank's first line of defence in terms of AML/KYC policies).

Education:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Certification: Finance, Administration
  • IT Tools: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, easy user with IT tools

Experience:

  • Years of experience: 03 : beginner
  • Experience in private banking: Preferred

Language:

  • English: Fluent
  • Other: Fluent (Danish)

  • Swiss resident: N/A
