For our customer, Robert Half is looking for a Paralegal Corporate Officer (m/f/x) who will be reporting into the Associate Director and Managing Director. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Our client is focused on European small to mid-cap special opportunities in asset-rich, out-of-favour and/or non-core asset classes. The firm provides asset-backed capital solutions to small and mid-cap businesses and investors, in response to borrowers facing limited access to capital from banks and other traditional sources of funding.

The firm is headquartered in Jersey with offices in London, Madrid, Paris, Geneva and Luxembourg. It currently advises on approx. £3bn of assets across funds.

Your principal responsibilities will be:

  • Providing support in relation the board/shareholders meetings and preparing related documents
  • Drafting corporate legal documents pertaining to the holistic life cycle of a company
  • Maintaining companies' records, statutory registers and internal databases
  • Dealing with compliance/ KYC/ AML matters
  • Opening of bank accounts
  • Filings with Luxembourg Business Registers
  • Communication with external professionals, service providers and other offices of RoundShield group
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and general corporate secretarial tasks

The required experiences are:

  • Minimum BAC+3 preferably in Corporate Administration or Law
  • Preferably 4/5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous exposure to or knowledge of Luxembourg company law
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal skills are necessary), any additional language would be considered an asset
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Proactive and positive personality with strong integrity
  • Organized, rigorous and highly accurate with good attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time, prioritize matters to meet deadlines, manage unforeseen urgencies as and when they arise
  • Positive, open-minded, dynamic and long-term thinking
  • Eager to learn and develop professionally
