We are currently looking for a new talent, willing to join a local and stable law firm as a Corporate & Paralegal Officer.
Located in the heart of Luxembourg City this firm combines legal and trust services for a wide array of international clients.
The diverse client base of the firm comprised of financial entities regroups an important number of major SOPARFI/Holdings, PE/RE funds, as well as Securitization Vehicles.
These entities are mainly active in the Americas.The law firm's 20-year-long local anchoring, combined with the satisfied returning international clients, speaks to the stability of the enterprise.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Paralegal Officer - Law Firm - Fiduciary - Corporate
You will provide assistance on a portfolio of clients and will offer support to direct the corporate life of these entities from their incorporation all the way to their liquidation.
You will be the main contact person for your clients and will be in charge of liaising with internal team members as well as third parties including banks, service providers, auditors, etc.
You also take on part of a series of administrative tasks, in order to assist the legal and accounting teams in maintaining deadlines and in attending to pressing matters.
In order to communicate effectively and efficiently with the team and the clients, the mastery of English is of rigour.

Given the international nature of the client's relationship and the multiculturality of the many interlocutors, the firm is looking for open-minded professionals looking to evolve within a culturally diverse environment.
Per your academic background, professional career and technical skills, your monthly gross salary could reach up to 4600€ and will completed withmeal vouchers and a bonus.

These elements will allow you to expand your skillset while working closely with your team on complex cases.
