We seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.
The Business Strategy and Integration (BSI) team that sits withing the greater WWSR team is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to operate as a strategic leader for our key operations businesses.You will collaborate and work cross-functionally with numerous internal Social Responsibility teams, Operations, Procurement vendors.
We are looking for a customer-and employee-obsessed program manager with a strong track record of delivering results and proven project or change management experience.
- Please note that this role can be based out of the London or Luxembourg office
- Defining strategies and owning the delivery of multiple crossfunctional projects, taking ownership to monitor their progress against key milestones
- Establishing KPIs to effectively track progress, and integrating sustainability objectives in supplier performance and relationship management.
- Developing selfservice tools (prioritizing technology and automation) in partnership with tech and analytics teams to manage supplier risk upfront, streamline data more efficiently, and integrate social responsibility functions into existing technologies to accelerate adoption of human rights requirements across regions.
- Advance scalable business solutions, which ensure compliance with local and global regulations
- Create and monitor business metrics reporting to track compliance and process effectiveness
- Develop mechanisms to systematically address recurring business challenges
- Operate with significant autonomy and discretion to influence other internal and external teams, primarily at the enterprise level
