The ESG Reporting team's mission is to build a lasting, scalable and trusted ESG reporting infrastructure to satisfy regulatory requirements and stakeholders' expectations.
We translate external requirements into internal needs and build tools and mechanisms that enable Amazon businesses to meet their ESG reporting obligations and effectively manage their ESG opportunities and risks.
Key job responsibilities- Design and operationalize a process to capture ESG reporting requirements to ESG data/metric providers across Amazon's businesses that can be scaled across all ESG disclosures
- Communicate complex ESG concepts in ways that are meaningful and useful to nonESG professionals
- Assess how upcoming ESG laws and regulations will impact the Amazon businesses
- Partner within teams to communicate data gaps, transition plans, policy needs and any business lead initiatives impacting the ESG disclosure processes
- Maintain key value chain data for businesses working closely with the ESG Risk team to understand areas of focus and where data buildout is needed

Luxembourg, LUX- Experience in ESG reporting, accounting or tax
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification
- Deep knowledge across Amazon's businesses
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements in sustainability
- Curious, quick to assimilate information, detailoriented with a demonstrated ability to selfmotivate and follow through;
- Ability to take ownership, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
