**Responsabilités**:
En tant que membre du département Compliance de la Banque Raiffeisen, vous accomplissez les activités suivantes, en tant que membre de l'équipe en charge de la lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme (LBC/FT):

- Analyser et traiter les alertes générées journalièrement par les outils de « name screening » et de monitoring des transactions
- Identifier les situations nécessitant une analyse approfondie et les transmettre aux membres expérimentés de l'équipe LBC/FT avec un premier avis
- Assister dans le traitement des demandes des gestionnaires (telles que blocage / déblocage de comptes, validation d'entrées / sorties de fonds, identification des bénéficiaires économiques )
- Effectuer les contrôles définis dans le Compliance Monitoring Plan et le plan d'actions de la fonction Compliance dans le domaine de la LBC/FT
- Participer à la définition et l'exécution de contrôles visant au respect des obligations LBC/FT
- Sensibiliser de manière continue les employés aux bonnes pratiques en matière de KYC et KYT afin de promouvoir une culture Compliance forte
- Effectuer le suivi des actions correctives suite à des faiblesses identifiées et assurer la traçabilité des contrôles effectués et de leur suivi
- Participer à la rédaction des rapports de la fonction Compliance à destination des instances dirigeantes de la Banque, de l'autorité de contrôle et des auditeurs

**Profil souhaité**:

- Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum dans le monitoring AML dans la banque de détail et la banque privée
- Bonne compréhension des produits bancaires commercialisés
- Bonne maîtrise du cadre légal et règlementaire du domaine de la lutte contre le blanchiment et le financement du terrorisme
- Esprit d'équipe et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement évolutif
- Capacité de travailler sous pression afin de respecter les délais
- Esprit critique d'analyse et d'investigation
- Rigueur, autonomie et dynamisme
- Disponibilité, flexibilité et proactivité
- Intégrité et discrétion absolue
- Excellente maîtrise du français, la connaissance de l'anglais, de l'allemand ou du luxembourgeois constitue un atout
