Notre client, un acteur majeur de la place dans le domaine bancaire recherche de nouveaux talents

**Responsibilities**:

- Votre rôle est d'assurer la revue et la validation des dossiers pris en charge par les comptables ainsi que le suivi quotidien de la production de l'ensemble du pôle.
- Vous intervenez également dans l'organisation de l'activité comptable en soutien au Team Manager.
- Participer à la mise en place de nouveaux clients et à l'analyse de leur activité.
- Enregistrer les opérations de création ou de reprise des nouveaux dossiers, analyse et suivi de la création des sociétés et structures intermédiaires liées.
- Réviser les comptes et s'assurer qu'ils soient en conformité avec la loi luxembourgeoise.
- Préparer les comptes consolidés le cas échéant (IFRS ou Lux GAAP).
- Revoir les templates de facturation et les factures des frais.
- Assurer les relations avec le client, les auditeurs et les tax advisers lors de la révision des comptes.
- Maîtriser le système comptable et participer à ses paramétrages.
- Organisation du transfert de connaissance aux comptables.
- Assurer la revue et la validation des classeurs de révision comptable.
- Participer à la formation comptable et financière de l'équipe.
- Participer à la mise en place et au déploiement des contrôles nécessaires à l'activité comptable.

**Essential skills & Qualifications**:

- Connaissance des fonds d'investissement, des titres et instruments financiers.
- Connaissances comptables et fiscales (normes comptables, techniques de comptabilisation, méthodes et techniques de consolidation, évolution de la fiscalité des sociétés, TVA, normes IFRS & Lux GAAP).
- Connaissances juridiques et financières (formes juridiques, obligations légales, processus d'augmentation de capital différents instruments financiers, différentes méthodes d'évaluation).
- Maîtrise du Pack Office et en particulier d'Excel.
- La connaissance du logiciel comptable BOB-50 et/ou celle de GP3 est un avantage.
- Master ou équivalent avec spécialisation en comptabilité
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité générale de préférence dans le domaine des fonds Private Equity & Real Estate.
- Une expérience managériale est un atout
- Rigoureux, organisé et réactif
- Capacité d'analyse et sens du détail
- Capacité d'écoute et goût pour le travail en équipe
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. La connaissance de l'allemand est un avantage.
