**HR Business Analyst (40 h/sem)**
**(H/F)**

**Votre mission**:

- Gérer et conduire les projets du service RH
- Analyser les besoins et les attentes des utilisateurs du SIRH, réaliser les scénarii des tests, les exécuter, communiquer sur leurs résultats, identifier et signaler les anomalies, en assurer la résolution et le suivi
- Assurer l'assistance et le support aux utilisateurs, support technique et/ou fonctionnel aux développeurs
- Participer au développement et à l'amélioration continue du SIRH en fonction des besoins du service et de l'évolution des réglementations nationales
- Automatiser et fiabiliser les différents reportings afin d'avoir des outils d'aide à la décision performants, réaliser les reportings mensuels et le calcul des indicateurs de performance
- Gérer les accès et les pointages des salariés (paramétrage des cycles de travail)
- Gestion administrative du personnel durant les étapes-clés du salarié, de l'entrée à la sortie, maintien des structures organisationnelles à jour dans le SIRH

**Votre profil**:

- Formation bac+3
- Expérience professionnelle de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire est souhaitable
- Bonne maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais, l'Allemand et le Luxembourgeois sont considérés comme un atout
- Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacité à la résolution de problèmes
- Capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et disposer d'une réelle passion pour les chiffres
- Expérience dans la gestion et conduite de projets
- Flexible, proactif, dynamique et autonome, vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Capacités de communication, aisance de contact et ouverture d'esprit
- Maîtrise de l'outil informatique (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Office 365, HR Access)
- Connaissances en droit du travail et droit social
