**SMB Account Executive Role**

We're looking for a dynamic SMB Account Executive to drive our strategic vision forward and cement our software as the top choice for companies.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team and reshape a traditional industry with cutting-edge technology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Target and proactively acquire new clients.
- Understand a company's business strategy and offer tailored solutions from the skeeled ecosystem.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas.
- Handle multiple complex sales processes simultaneously.
- Present skeeled’s values propositions to HR leaders.
- Develop and circulate best practices.
- Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and drive renewals.
- Share market insights with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Be flexible, embrace change, and find creative solutions.

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- 3+ years of successful sales experience.
- Fluency in English and French are mandatory
- Previous experience in Software and/or Recruitment.
- Excellent communicator with strong customer orientation.
- Project management skills.
- Solid negotiation skills for senior-level contracts.
- Driving license and willingness to travel.

**Nice-to-Have Requirements**:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience in recruiting, recruitment media, and/or HR software.
- Experience with SaaS ; and CRM such as Salesforce or Hubspot
- Luxembourgish and/or German would be a plus.
- Start-up experience
