Für unseren Bereich Real Assets am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Specialist (m/w/d) für unseren AIFM Valutation Desk - Real Assets.
- Luxemburg- Hauck & Aufhäuser Fund Services S.A.- Festanstellung- VollzeitDEIN AUFGABENGEBIET
- Unterstützung der Bewertungsfunktion bei der Administration von AIFM-Mandaten mit alternativem Anlageschwerpunkt vornehmlich aus den Sachwertkategorien Infrastruktur, Immobilien, Private Equity, Venture Capital und Private Debt
- Dokumentierte Plausibilisierung angemessener Bewertungsmodelle und -prozesse für eine Auswahl unterschiedlicher Fonds
- Prüfung der Bewertungsergebnisse im Rahmen von Transaktionen oder Nettoinventarwertberechnungen
- Austausch mit Kunden, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Bewertungsdienstleistern zu Bewertungsfragestellungen
- Weiterentwicklung der Bewertungsfunktion im Hinblick auf neue aufsichtsrechtliche und gesetzliche Anforderungen
DEIN PROFIL
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Fondsumfeld in Luxemburg, bevorzugt bei einem autorisierten AIFM
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder Mathematikstudium
- Erfahrungen im Themengebiet Bewertung mit Sachwertbezug
- Kenntnisse über Abläufe und Events im Lebenszyklus von Investmentvehikeln
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Kenntnisse der einschlägigen finanzmathematischen Methoden und Rahmenwerke (bspw. IPEV Guidelines)
- Die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben zu priorisieren und an mehreren Aufgaben zu arbeiten
- Zielorientierung, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
