  • 33206Are you ready for a new challenge in the Real Estate sector? Our client, a Boutique RE Investment Manager based in Luxembourg with the HQ in London, is seeking a vibrant and passionate Real Estate Asset Management Specialist to join their successful, international, and dynamic team.


This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your analytical and financial expertise to help manage investments across Europe, the UK, and the US.

Reporting to the Head of Luxembourg's Office, you'll be an essential member of the team that ensures the smooth operation of the company's asset management platform.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with onboarding new transactions onto the asset management platform
  • Setting up and completing internal reporting templates
  • Building relationships and liaising with stakeholders, borrowers/sponsors, loan services, and project monitors
  • Preparing recurring and adhoc investor reporting, investment committee memos, and offsite strategy session presentations
  • Reviewing borrower funding requests and distributions, recurring reporting, and compliance certificates
  • Assisting in the preparation of risk management reporting
  • Keeping track of leasing and sales performance of underlying assets
  • Assisting with the setting up of new structures
  • Reviewing quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements
  • Ensuring tax, VAT, and legal compliance in conjunction with advisers in Luxembourg
  • Reviewing cash management projections and regular and adhoc payments
  • Attending and presenting at board meetings and reviewing board minutes
  • Maintaining relationships with Luxembourg service providers/advisers (corporate secretarial, legal, accounting, tax)
  • Managing administrative matters of the Luxembourg office

Your profile:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, with debt and/or equity experience considered beneficial
  • You should also be financially literate (qualified accountant is preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and powerpoint
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel within Europe and the UK
  • A selfstarter with excellent communication skills will thrive in this position
