TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead a pivotal workstream within a largescale transformation program, focusing on delivering effective people change management.
- Develop and execute a robust communication plan and training strategy to ensure solution adoption.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Support the coordination of the program management activities among all workstreams to ensure successful implementation.
- Organize and manage meetings and workshops, fostering continual progress within your workstream and the overall program.
- Deliver regular comprehensive reports on the scope, progress, and status, providing senior management with crucial visibility.
- Identify potential risks and challenges and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of handson experience leading transformation projects involving crossfunctional teams, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, showcasing adeptness in implementing projects with a robust communication and people change management strategy.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in problem identification, root cause analysis, and proposing actionable solutions.
- Expertise in process design and documentation considered as significant advantage.
- Project and change management certifications (such as PMP, Prince2 or Prosci, CCMP) would be considered as an advantage.
- First experience within the Aircraft MRO would be considered as an advantage.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages such as French and German are considered as an advantage.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Fulltime position is based in Luxembourg.
- Flexibility with working hours.
- A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
