Context
As part of the further expansion of the Property Management department, CBRE is looking for a Property Manager.
The Property manager is responsible for the management of a portfolio of new and existing real estate goods (mainly office buildings and logistics / semi-industrial properties) of which you will manage all administrative, technical, and commercial aspects.
He/she reports to the director of the Property Management department.
Your Responsibilities will include
- Optimization of renting charges
- Compliance of buildings
- Budget forecast and control
- Onsite works management
- Management of damages and losses (insurance claims & damage reports)
- Management of grievances and complaints
- Accompany our consultants in order to sell or let our vacant properties
- Follow our Sustainable Development Policy
- Check on and coding of invoices and settlement of charges with owners, landlords, tenants, and suppliers
- Organize and manage calls for tender of maintenance contracts
- Follow up on energy consumption
Your profile
- You have experience in a similar function and are passionate about property management
- You want to develop yourself in the Real Estate sector and mainly in property management with a commercial touch
- You are fluent in French, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
