Business Analyst Senior with
_at least 3 years of experience_ in Luxembourg.
TASKS
-
_Support the restructuring the Bank business glossary (IBM Business Glossary):_
- Assist in the roadmap definition to migrate the existing Business Glossary information to the new structure;
- Review, improve and execute the new structure of the client's business glossary;
- Perform data migration, including data entry, data correction and data cleansing activities;
- Liaise with business stakeholders to validate the migrated information;
- Provide regular reports on the progress of the migration through KPIs;
- Assist in Information Asset enrichment;
- Assist in documentation of the IGC process and guideline documentation.
_General support to the Data Governance activities:_
- Contribute to the yearly review of Data Governance related policies;
- Definition of KPIs to monitor the data governance maturity of the Bank;
- Develop the Data Quality Framework of the Bank by providing assistance in the investigation of Data Quality issues, and definition Data Quality indicators;
- Develop training materials and presentations, and coordinate & support the delivery of meeting, trainings and status reporting.
KNOWLEDGE
- Development and documentation of business requirements, processes & procedures, workflows, roles & responsibilities, and artefacts;
- Data governance principles and best practices, with a special focus on Data Quality;
- Data Catalogue / Data Dictionary or Business Glossary;
- Data entry / Data Management;
- Banking / investment environment.
COMPETENCE
- At least 3 years of business analysis and process management experience in the financial sector;
- Presenting proposals and solution to stakeholders and ensure their buyin;
- Creation of data governance frameworks and concepts;
- Design and documentation of business processes, workflows, and procedures;
- Project management methodology (profile b) and tools, including good skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
