Nous recherchons actuellement un Business Analyst MFTA
- En tant que Senior Business Analyst ayant une expérience en matière dagence de transfert (utilisant le logiciel MFTA idealement), votre rôle sera dêtre une interface clé entre les équipes opérationnelles et les équipes de développement.
Vos responsabilités comprendront, entre autres:
- Analyser et comprendre les besoins opérationnels.
- Aider à formaliser ces besoins en "Business Requirements".
- Aider à traduire les exigences en spécifications techniques pour léquipe informatique.
- Vérifier la faisabilité opérationnelle dune demande de service.
- Capacité à gérer de petits projets informatiques.
- Suivre le projet et ses différentes phases (exigences, développement, tests, déploiement).
- Concevoir et appliquer la stratégie de test, participer activement aux tests pendant la phase de test.
- Notifier les défauts potentiels aux équipes concernées.
- Fournir un support fonctionnel après la production.
- Fournir la documentation et les rapports.
- Organiser des relations transversales avec toutes les autres unités daffaires.
- Promouvoir les systèmes informatiques.
- Être un acteur transversal qui garde une vue objective sur les processus et lorganisation actuels.
- Être proactif dans lidentification des domaines à améliorer (amélioration des processus), lanalyse de la résolution des problèmes, le suivi de la mise en œuvre, lassistance au développement, la maintenance et la qualité des services.
- Coordonner les actions liées aux demandes des clients, fournir des connaissances techniques lors des réunions IT/Business.
Qualifications:
- Bonne connaissance de la MFTA
- Connaissance générale de lindustrie des fonds (et des acteurs de lindustrie des fonds).
- Très bonne connaissance de lactivité dagent de transfert au jour le jour.
- Très bonne connaissance transversale du métier dagent de transfert.
- Langues:français et anglais
