Für unsere Abteilung Accounting - Real Assets am Standort Munsbach in Luxemburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin einen Team Head (m/w/d).

- Du agierst als Coach, Vorbild und Förderer für Dein Team und stellst sicher, dass Dein Team funktioniert
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für das Kundenportfolio Deines Teams in Bezug auf Planung/Priorisierung, Einhaltung von Fristen und Qualität der Arbeit, d.h. insbesondere Korrektheit und Pünktlichkeit der NAV-Berechnungen, Jahresabschlüsse und regulatorischer Meldungen
- Du unterstützt Dein Team bei der Bearbeitung und Abbildung sämtlicher laufender Geschäftsvorfälle im Rahmen der Buchhaltung für Investmentvehikel, Beteiligungs
- und Managementgesellschaften in verschiedenen Rechtsformen und bist erster Ansprechpartner zur Diskussion fachlicher Themen
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle Teammitglieder in Übereinstimmung mit den einschlägigen Gesetzen und Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung handeln und alle Anforderungen des geltenden Rechts, der Rechnungslegungs-standards sowie allgemeiner Qualitätsziele erfüllt werden
- Du bist als Führungskraft in die Rekrutierung von Mitarbeitern eingebunden und für die Einarbeitung, Schulung, Weiterentwicklung sowie die Beurteilung der Arbeitsleistung deiner Teammitglieder verantwortlich
- Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle in der Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessbeschreibungen, setzt diese um und kümmerst dich um die Sicherstellung, Harmonisierung und Verbesserung interner und externer Prozesse

DEIN PROFIL
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bist Absolvent eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums mit entsprechenden Schwerpunkten
- Du verfügst über mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Alternative Investments, Fonds
- und/oder Gesellschaftsbuchhaltung in Luxemburg oder als Mitarbeiter/-in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft sowie vorzugsweise ein bis drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Coaching und Führung
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse der Luxemburger Rechnungslegungsvorschriften mit und bist sicher in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen sowie der Beantwortung von Bilanzierungsfragen nach LuxGAAP (IFRS von Vorteil)
- Du bist mit den Abläufen im Lebenszyklus der gängigen Investmentvehikel vertraut und verfügst über entsprechende Fähigkeiten, Beteiligungsstrukturen über mehrere Ebenen zu verstehen und buchhalterisch darzustellen
- Du hast Erfahrung mit modernen Buchhaltungssystemen und bist sehr sicher in der Anwendung gängiger MS-Office-Programme (Outlook, Word, Excel und PowerPoint)
- Du arbeitest selbstmotiviert, qualitäts
- und zielorientiert, sorgfältig und strukturiert, bist lernbereit, belastbar, zuverlässig und verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Englisch und Deutsch
- Du erledigst Aufgaben gerne eigenverantwortlich, hast aber auch Freude an der Arbeit im Team
