Die 2007 gegründete **FERI Trust (Luxembourg) S.A.** ist die **Fondsverwaltungsgesellschaft** der FERI Gruppe in Luxemburg, dem größten Fonds-Markt Europas und dem zweitgrößten der Welt. Unsere luxemburgischen Kolleginnen und Kollegen kümmern sich im Wesentlichen um die Administration unserer Fonds, das Portfoliomanagement und das Risikomanagement.

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Monitoring regulatorischer Änderungen
- Betreuung der Implementierung regulatorischer, gesetzlicher sowie weiterer Änderungserfordernisse im Fondsbereich (bspw. Aufsetzung/Anpassung von Prozessabläufen/ die Koordination von Prospektaktualisierungen)
- Umsetzung von aufsichtsrechtlichen und vertragsrechtlichen Verpflichtungen aus der Offenlegungs
- und Taxonomieverordnung
- Vermittlungsfunktion bei ESG Fragen zwischen internen und externen Ansprechpersonen
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Depotbanken, Zentralverwaltung und externen Consultants sowie konzerninternen Einheiten

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts
- oder rechtswissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Bankwesen oder Sustainable Finance bzw. eine vergleichbare bankspezifische Ausbildung mit einschlägigen Weiterbildungen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Investmentgesellschaft (UCITS ManCo /AIFM)
- Gute Kenntnisse der luxemburgischen Fondsgesetzgebung, regulatorischer Vorgaben und Rundschreiben der CSSF
- Erfahrungen hinsichtlich ESG/ Nachhaltigkeit von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Produkten
- Teamspirit und kommunikative Stärke
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
