PRODUCT / PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/X) - RÉF. 23-11
Responsabilités
Participer au développement et à la réalisation de la roadmap des produits/projets commerciaux et digitaux de la Banque
Maintenir des bonnes relations avec les stakeholders et les clients dans toute l'organisation afin de garantir l'adéquation du produit avec la stratégie de la Banque, pour les volets 'Create' et 'Run'.
Traduire les caractéristiques de la roadmap produits en fonctionnalités, user stories et critères d'acceptance
Créer et maintenir un Backlog définissant la priorité des fonctionnalités de l'ensemble des produits, pour les volets 'Create' et 'Run'. Eventuellement, planifier et assigner le Backlog aux membres de l'équipe selon le mode de fonctionnement prescrit
Mener des analyses fonctionnelles
Conceptualiser et modéliser des parcours utilisateurs
Participer à l'exécution des tests et être le garant de la qualité du produit
Assurer le support pour les produits
Assurer la communication transversale et garantir une bonne compréhension du besoin du client dans toutes les phases du cycle de vie du produit
Participer à la définition et à la mise en place de plans de lancements des produits en collaboration avec les différents stakeholders impliqués
Développer et maintenir un contrôle et des indicateurs appropriés sur les performances des produits après le lancement afin d'évaluer les investissements futurs
Assurer le précadrage et contribuer au cadrage des projets notamment via la définition d'un plan projet, d'un budget et d'un engagement des stakeholders
Assurer le suivi/pilotage/reporting des projets selon la méthodologie suivie par la Banque et contribuer à l'animation des comités adhoc et des cérémonies agiles le cas échéant
Profil souhaité
Titulaire d ́un BAC+5 avec une forte appétence pour l'innovation et ses aspects technologiques et business
Expérience d ́au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire, le fait d'avoir également occupé un rôle de scrum master étant un atout
Sens des responsabilités, proactivité et flexibilité
Capacité d'analyse, sens de la précision et de la rigueur
Être autonome et polyvalent
Capable de travailler dans un environnement évolutif et de réagir rapidement afin de respecter les délais
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, la connaissance du luxembourgeois constitue un atout
