Your role:

  • Being involved in fund registration and postregistration services in jurisdictions across Europe, Asia and Latin America for UCITS and AIFs; Initial registration of new products towards EU/nonEU host regulators; regulatory maintenance activities in order to maintain the authorisation for distribution.
  • Maintaining active communication with internal stakeholders and the team to manage expectations and ensure completion of projects;
  • Assist the Fund registration team with the daytoday work.

Your profile:

  • You hold at least a bachelor ideally in Business Administration, Economy or Law;
  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or a relevant experience in the Luxembourg fund industry;
  • You have a strong knowledge in investment fund regulations;
  • You are fluent in both written and oral French and English;
  • You are seen as a proactive, well organized and rigorous person;
  • You have good communication skills and you are team player.
