TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented recruiter to join our dynamic team. You will be working independently and in close collaboration with Hiring Managers to attract the best talent.

Task responsibilities:

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding for employees of the Headquarters in Luxembourg
  • Recruit profiles across all divisions of the company e.g. maintenance and engineering, global logistics, flight operations, finance, corporate
  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, recruitment events, school visits
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment related projects
  • Maintain accounts and post positions on preselected recruitment sites

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant field
  • A first experience in a similar position is considered as an advantage
  • A first experience in conducting indepth interviews is considered as an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and commercial sense, customer oriented and good networking contacts and abilities
  • Good organizational skills
  • Be people and team orientated and be able to work independently
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential data
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, French and/or German, other languages are a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of a recruitment software will be considered as an advantage

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Temporary position of 12 months
  • Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement)
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
  • Position based in Luxembourg
