**1 TRAINING ADVISOR (M/F),**

**à temps plein et pour une durée indéterminée**

La Chambre de Commerce est l'institution phare des entreprises et de l'économie du Luxembourg, regroupant l'ensemble des entreprises luxembourgeoises exerçant des activités industrielles, commerciales, financières, de services et émanant du secteur de l'Horeca.

Elle représente aujourd'hui quelques entreprises, qui représentent 80% du PIB luxembourgeois et 75% du total de l'emploi salarié.

En tant que membre de l'équipe « Training » vous contribuez à la création, la mise en œuvre et la promotion de services à destination des entreprises pour les sensibiliser aux défis liés à l'attraction, la rétention et au développement des talents ainsi que pour les aider à disposer de la main-d'œuvre dont elles ont besoin pour pérenniser leur activité. Vous participez également au travail revendicatif de l'équipe pour encourager l'émergence d'un système d'enseignement et de formation plus équitable où chaque jeune peut évoluer en fonction de ses talents. Vous promouvez avec nous l'idée du _lifelong learning_ dans l'intérêt d'une formation professionnelle continue moderne qui tient compte des défis du monde économique. Vous aurez l'occasion d'évoluer dans un environnement tant intéressant que diversifié tout en enrichissant vos connaissances au niveau du domaine de la formation, ainsi que les besoins du monde économique en termes de main d'œuvre qualifiée.

**VOTRE MISSION**:

- conseiller la direction quant aux axes stratégiques prioritaires à poursuivre dans le domaine de l'éducation et de la formation,
- participer au développement de nouveaux partenariats avec les acteurs clés de la formation
- développer, gérer et promouvoir des projets / initiatives pour aider et soutenir les entreprises dans leurs efforts de formation professionnelle ainsi que d'attraction et de rétention des talents,
- contribuer aux activités menées par la Chambre de Commerce pour rapprocher le monde de l'enseignement du monde de l'entreprise,
- réaliser des travaux rédactionnels tels que les avis, les prises de position, les publications et les communications,
- effectuer une veille thématique sur les sujets en lien avec l'éducation, la formation et les skills au sens large et synthétiser l'information.
- organiser des évènements et conférences et assurer le relais avec les services Communication du groupe Chambre de Commerce.

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- être titulaire d'un master / d'une maîtrise en sciences humaines, sociales, politiques ou à orientation économique/juridique ,
- se prévaloir de 3 années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente idéalement dans une position similaire, posséder un fort intérêt pour la formation
- faire preuve d'une compétence en gestion de projets,
- disposer d'excellentes facultés d'expression écrite et orale des langues française et anglaise, la pratique des langues luxembourgeoise et/ou allemande étant considérée comme un atout appréciable,
- savoir travailler de façon autonome et prendre des initiatives,
- faire preuve d'esprit d'équipe et de facilités de communication,
- utiliser couramment les outils informatiques MS Office et être à l'aise avec l'utilisation simultanée de plusieurs autres outils digitaux (Sharepoint, Jira,).
