**Missions**:
- Développer des concepts stratégiques dans les domaines liés aux sciences de données, l'intelligence artificielle, l'identité numérique, contribuant à la réalisation d'un secteur public fondé sur les données (Data driven Public Sector);
- Participer activement aux différents groupes de travail au niveau national, européen et international concernant l'identité numérique, les règlements eiDAS, et les technologies fondées sur la Blockchain;
- Définir, mener et livrer des projets innovants dans ces nouvelles technologies dans le secteur public, en collaboration avec les partis prenantes pour comprendre les besoins spécifiques et formuler des solutions technologiques adaptées aux besoins;
- Assurer une veille permanente sur la recherche et l'innovation dans les nouvelles technologies et leur potentiel et impact dans le secteur public.
**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre de projets de transformation digitale, de projets d'identité numérique, et de projets axés sur les nouvelles technologies;
- Aptitude à rédiger des documents conceptuels, à élaborer des preuves de concept et les faire évoluer vers un projet;
- Capacités rédactionnelles et conceptuelles (LU, FR, EN);
- Techniques de conduite de réunion;
- Capacité d'analyse critique de dossiers et de synthèse;
- Capacité de promouvoir des sujets techniques en s'adaptant au public cible ;
- Gestion et suivi autonome de projets de digitalisation;
**Compétences comportementales**
- Savoir développer des initiatives dans un monde en évolution permanente;
- Aptitude à travailler en autonomie et en équipe;
- Capacité à communiquer, à convaincre et à arbitrer;
- Attitude proactive, curieuse, motivée et sens de rigueur;
- Savoir expliquer des concepts technologiques complexes en termes simples.
**Atouts**
- Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement de l'Etat luxembourgeois.

**Le poste peut être brigué sous le statut du fonctionnaire ou de l'employé de l'État.**
**Diplômes**
Vous êtes titulaire d'un grade ou diplôme délivré par un établissement d'enseignement supérieur reconnu par l'Etat du siège de l'établissement et sanctionnant l'accomplissement avec succès d'un master Informatique, Statistiques, Data Science, Digital Management ou de son équivalent.
**Expérience**
Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le domaine.
**Langues**
Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe A1.
**Nationalité**
Vous avez la nationalité luxembourgeoise.
